Share a Drink| Smoothie Recipe

Hey, Lifestyle Speakers! If you’re like me with your smoothies, then you know that “I want to use every fruit I have in my fridge life” when it comes to creating deliciously healthy smoothie recipes.

So for my recipe today, I will be using easy and simple ingredients that you can switch up or down to your preference but for the purpose of my smoothie, here are my ingredients:

  • Ice
  • Nectarine
  • Grapes
  • Strawberry
  • Cranberries
  • Milk (Optional)

So as you can see, I just dumped all of my ingredients in my blender (don’t add the glasses pictured, lol!).

To “blend’, I hit the “Blend” button. Then, because the ice I used were enormous, I used the “Ice  Crush” button for a couple of seconds, then I pressed “Whip” to help thicken the smoothie a little bit.

So as you can see atop, this is what the smoothie looks like when blended, with a natural pink color. I plan on sipping mine while studying my bible
